Shipping & Turn Around Times

Current TAT will be posted at the top right of our website. Normal TAT will be 5-10 days. For larger preorders we may have to increase this time to insure accurate time frames.  

We ship via USPS daily. Your order will be shipping from Louisiana.  

Due to how preorders are processed once an order is placed it can’t be canceled. Any cancelled orders will be charged the processing fees incurred for the processing of the payment for that order so your refund will reflect that,  generally it’s $.30 - $.50 plus 2.9% to 5.9% depending on your method of payment used. This only applies to preorder shades.
